Police have suppressed the activities of a transnational drug trafficking group led by an African. Authorities arrested 13 suspects — Thai nationals and foreigners who were part of a transnational drug network headed by a fugitive African nicknamed "Big Jot" — and seized 130 kilograms of heroin and cocaine worth over 400 million baht.
