In Pattaya, an Interpol-wanted Chinese scammer has been arrested. According to the Bangkok Post, city police apprehended a 35-year-old man on suspicion of financial crimes.
The scammer was detained during a search in one of the residential complexes in Pattaya. During the investigation, it was established that the man engaged in scams using bank cards and electronic payments.
As reported by the Bangkok Post, the arrested individual was wanted in several countries for suspected financial crimes. Pattaya police announced his arrest and handed over the case to investigative authorities for further inquiry.
At present, the man is in custody, facing charges of card fraud. Investigators are continuing their investigation and collecting evidence for court.
