Police arrested illegal workers from a Chinese construction project in Rizhao.

Police arrested 24 illegal workers involved in the construction of a Chinese project in Rayong. The information was published on the Bangkok Post website.

According to an informant from Bangkok Post, the police conducted a raid as part of an operation against illegal immigration and labor violations. As a result of the searches, citizens of China were detained who were working without proper permits.

An informant from Bangkok Post also stated that the arrested individuals were at a construction site for a Chinese project and did not have the necessary documents to perform their duties. The police conducted checks on all those detained and then brought them to a police station for further investigation.

The informant from Bangkok Post notes that all arrested citizens of China will be held accountable for violating migration and labor laws. Currently, investigative actions are being carried out to determine all the circumstances of the incident.
