A Russian national was arrested for illegal cannabis sale in Pattaya. On March 5th, a joint raid by immigration police and local authorities to check foreign residents' compliance took place in Pattaya. During the inspection of one private residence, officials found equipment for processing and packaging cannabis, as well as 48 packages of ready-made products. According to the police, the premises belonged to 27-year-old Russian citizen Ivan Lysov.
