Important warning for everyone doing visas and border runs in Thailand / Phuket. My personal experience with the VisaAlex agency turned out to be not just negative, but unsafe. After contacting them, my personal data, including passport details, was transferred to third parties and ended up in the hands of fraudsters. The data was used, which had consequences and material damage for me. After that, my contact was blocked for no reason, I just used the border service and left a good review. I found the contact on Telegram and was blocked there again. There is reason to believe that employees may be involved in fraudulent schemes and be connected. At the moment, I am preparing an official appeal to law enforcement agencies regarding the illegal distribution of my personal data. I am writing this to warn others to be extremely careful, I strongly advise against contacting VisaAlex if you do not want to face serious problems and risks. Please spread the information.
