Problems arose in Pattaya with the police due to issuing strange bills

According to the head of the department, this does not comply with rules and will be investigated. In another incident, residents report that the police are demanding payment for over 200 calls made to a police station number.

Some tourists also filed complaints with the media, stating they had to pay money for comparative fines and receive strange receipts. The Pattaya police deny these allegations and explain that all invoices comply with rules and procedures.

Currently, an investigation into the situation is underway, and the police assert they will not protect those who violate the rules.
